Simon Fontaine

Simon Fontaine is an experienced scientist with a strong background in biotechnology and molecular biology, currently employed at Molecular Partners since December 2012. Throughout various positions at Molecular Partners AG, Simon has specialized in ribosome display, protein expression in E. coli, and screening assays, as well as analytical characterization techniques. Prior experience includes an internship at MedImmune focusing on antibody discovery, and multiple internships involving gene sequencing, lipase mutagenesis, and mold pathology. Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Polytech Marseille, a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Heriot-Watt University, and a DUT in Biological Engineering from IUT la Rochelle.
