Veronica Partridge has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Veronica worked at Molecular Templates starting in 2018, initially in the role of Research Associate until January 2019. Veronica then progressed to the position of Sr. Associate Scientist for three and a half years, before recently becoming a Scientist in June 2022.

Prior to their time at Molecular Templates, Veronica was a Lab Instructional Assistant at Texas State University from August 2015 to August 2017.

Their earliest experience was as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Texas from March 2014 to May 2015. In this role, they assisted graduate students and research advisers with lab upkeep, data gathering, experimental execution, and data analysis. Their primary project involved the genetic and cellular dissection of plant-microbe symbioses in Medicago truncatula. Veronica gained proficiency in various techniques such as genomic DNA extraction, gel plate analysis of PCR genomic fragments, seed sterilization and germination, and overall plant maintenance. Additionally, they served as a Supplemental Instructor from January 2014 to May 2015 at the University of North Texas.

Veronica Partridge completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry at the University of North Texas from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biochemistry at Texas State University from 2015 to 2017.
