Adrienne Hagen

Adrienne Hagen is the current HR & Compliance Specialist at Molecular Testing Labs. Adrienne has also previously worked as the Program Director at Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp from September 2010 to August 2015. In their previous role, they were responsible for scheduled, supervised and directed all camp programs and program staff - including designing and implementing staff training to teach necessary skills related to the overall camping program goals.

Adrienne has also assisted yearly in hiring and onboarding of 15-20 new AmeriCorps members, and assisted the Assistant and Executive Directors as needed in the completion of data reports regarding program operations for grants for $100,000+. Adrienne is experienced in leading workshops at professional conferences and trainings, including: AmeriCorps In-Service Training, the Association of Experiential Education, the Arkansas Department of Education-21st Century Community Learning Centers, and to staff of schools in the Little Rock and Pulaski County School Districts.

In addition, they have also designed, published, and implemented recruitment materials and presentations. Lastly, they assisted in the design and implementation of the "College and Career Readiness" program which provides high school youth with information and tools to use when planning for life after high school.

Adrienne Hagen has a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University-Portland. Adrienne also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education in Certified Peer Educator Trainer, Campus Pride in Safe Space Program, Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) in Title IX Investigator- Level II, and Knowledge Works in Career Development Facilitator.
