Randy Laurence has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Molex since January 1992, where responsibilities include driving beneficial initiatives in the Transportation Business Unit. Prior roles at Molex include Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for the Automotive Global Industry Group and Global Sales Manager, focusing on key Tier 1 module manufacturers and select regional accounts. Earlier career positions encompass various sales management roles, including Regional Distribution Sales Manager for Southern California and District Sales Manager for New Jersey. Prior to Molex, Randy Laurence worked in sales and marketing at Augat Inc from November 1981 to December 1991. Randy Laurence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
