Mercedes Victores has extensive experience in commercial management and finance, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Commercial Management at Molino Cañuelas SACIFIA since 2018, focusing on the Pizza alla Pala and Donatella brands. Prior to this role, Mercedes worked as Treasurer and Proxy at VIU SA from 2009 to 2018, overseeing the Vitamina and Uma brands. Mercedes also held the position of Project Leader at Imisa Corp. from 2004 to 2009 and served as a Junior Assistant in the Ministry of Agricultural Affairs and Production of Buenos Aires Province from 2001 to 2004, specifically within the Undersecretariat for International Economic Relations and Cooperation.
