Tiana Washington

Tiana Washington's work experience begins in 2010, where they worked as a Maitre D' at Gibsons Restaurant Group until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Special Event Sales Manager at Space 1858. Following that, they worked as a Floor Manager at Mindy's HotChocolate from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Floor Manager at The Alinea Group and later transitioned to the role of Assistant General Manager at Frontera Grill, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Southern Smoke Foundation as a Case Manager until 2021. Currently, they are employed at MoLo Solutions. Tiana started as a Customer Operations Representative in April 2021 and was later promoted to Customer Operations Specialist in November 2021. As of July 2022, they hold the position of Customer Operations Lead at the company.

Tiana Washington obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts, Entertainment & Retail Management from Columbia College Chicago. Additionally, they have completed several certifications including "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Building Resilience," "Communicating in the Language of Leadership," "Communicating with Confidence," and "How to Lead and Inspire Change" from LinkedIn in 2021. Tiana also holds a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification from Arizona State University in 2017. Tiana is currently working towards obtaining a Project Management Professional Certificate from Google, although the completion status is unknown.
