Hans Bitter

Hans Bitter is currently serving as the SVP, Head of Computational Sciences at MOMA Therapeutics since September 2021. Prior to this role, Hans held senior leadership positions at bluebird bio and Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. With a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, Hans has a strong background in bioinformatics and computational biology, specializing in analyzing next-generation sequencing data to identify biomarkers for various medical applications. Hans has also previously worked in bioinformatics roles at Roche, Predicant Biosciences, and AGY Therapeutics, contributing to the field with their expertise in genomics, proteomics, and genetics.
