Enid Wilform has a diverse work experience in the customer service and account management field. Enid started their career in 2000 at Ashland Distribution as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of Procurement Coordinator. In 2007, Enid joined BASF as a Customer Care Representative, where they handled order processing and shipping coordination. In 2011, they moved to CLARIANT, CORP as a Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for order processing and customer communication. Currently, Enid works at Momentive as a Lead Customer Account Specialist.

Enid Wilform began their education journey at Saint Raymond Academy for Girls, where they completed their academic studies and obtained a diploma from 1985 to 1989. Enid then pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
