We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree ideally in business, finance, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in the specified field. Additionally, experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of success in strategic planning, operational optimization, and financial analysis.
• Has a demonstrated history of finding new solutions to challenges by leveraging creativity and critical thinking.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Displays empathy and flexibility and are easy to get along with. 
• Excels in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Shows proficiency in Excel, Financial analysis tools.
• Has a demonstrated history of leadership and initiative.
• Is passionate for building and sustaining successful businesses and making a positive impact.
• Demonstrates focus, attention to detail and maintaining accuracy.
• Can handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and remaining agile.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
