Mark Hagen

Mark Hagen has extensive experience in public policy, currently serving as the Public Policy Director at Momentum4All since May 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple positions at Bethesda Lutheran Communities from January 1997 to May 2021, including Corporate Director of Public Policy and Corporate Director of Outreach and Public Policy. Earlier in their career, Mark was the Director of Public Relations for Bethesda Lutheran Homes and Services, Inc. from October 1995 to January 1997, and worked as a Freelance Writer at The Write Impression from January 1990 to October 1995. Mark’s career began as an Aide for Congressman Jim Moody from December 1984 to January 1990. Mark Hagen earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside between 1977 and 1983.
