Eric Williams

Eric Williams has extensive experience in finance and operations. Eric served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Momentus starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the CFO/COO at Rebus Biosystems from 2022 to 2022, where they successfully managed day-to-day operations, raised funds, and restructured the company for sale. From 2019 to 2020, they were the CFO at Evidation Health, leading the finance team and supporting equity financings. Eric also held CFO positions at NovaSignal, Mimosa Networks, Soraa, and Rambus, where they were responsible for various financial functions and strategic partnerships. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Planning and Analysis at LSI Logic and as the Vice President of M&A at MagnaChip Semiconductor. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, reporting, M&A, and strategic partnerships.

Eric Williams received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, where they attended from 1982 to 1987. Eric later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business at the University of San Diego, completing their studies from 1993 to 1995.
