Martha Huffard

Martha Huffard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Controller at Momofuku since July 2019, Martha previously held roles including Area Controller at Levy Restaurants, Financial Controller at LDV Hospitality, and Head Controller/Director of Accounting at City Winery, LLC. Martha’s expertise encompasses all aspects of finance, including payroll processing, accounts management, cash flow monitoring, and accounting policy implementation. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Martha has also contributed to operational improvement, financial reporting, and compliance in various dynamic environments throughout a career that began in 1995.
