Shannon Percy

Shannon Percy has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on people and culture. Shannon currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Monde Nissin Australia, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the National HR Manager at the same company from June 2018 to January 2023. Shannon also worked as a National HR Business Partner at Monde Nissin Corporation from April 2016. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Associate at IFM Investors from February 2015 to February 2016 and as a Senior HR Consultant at Bank Australia from December 2014 to February 2015. Shannon gained valuable experience as an HR Operations Manager at Tibra Capital from March 2008 to August 2014. Shannon Percy obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Tourism & Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar School from 1993 to 1998, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during that period.
