Ananda Okamura Menke

Ananda Okamura has over a decade of experience in research and development, primarily within the food and beverage industry at Mondelēz International since September 2013. In the role of R&D Open Innovation Lead for Latin America, Ananda focuses on innovation and application for powdered beverages, aligning with global trends and concepts. Previous positions within Mondelēz include various engineering roles dedicated to research and quality improvement efforts for powdered beverages in the Latin American market. Prior experience includes managing sales and operations at a family-owned fabric store and roles in process supervision and laboratory analysis at Ambev. Ananda holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná, completed in 2012.
