Jie Cheng is an accomplished global leader in digital commerce, currently serving as the Global VP & Head of Digital Commerce at Mondelēz International since July 2020. In this role, Jie Cheng oversees a talented digital commerce team, driving strategic growth initiatives across B2C, D2C, and eB2B sectors while advising C-suite executives. Prior positions include leading eCommerce and DTC strategies for Philips North America’s Personal Health business, and serving as the Sr. Director for Digital & eCommerce at Campbell Soup Company, where Jie Cheng was instrumental in integrating brand strategies post-acquisition. Earlier experience includes roles at The Hershey Company, Danone, and Conair Corporation, highlighting expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce strategy, and financial analysis. Jie Cheng holds an MBA in International Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in English Literature from Wuhan University.
