Srijit Vijayan

Srijit Vijayan is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience at Mondelēz International, currently serving as the Regional People Lead for E2E Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy & Commercial Excellence in the AMEA region. Based in Singapore, Srijit oversees a workforce of approximately 15,000 across various business units and manufacturing locations while providing strategic leadership to senior executives. Previous roles include Senior Director & People Services Lead, Director & People Lead for Integrated Supply Chain in South East Asia, and Regional HR Business Lead for multiple categories. Before joining Mondelēz, Srijit worked at Nestlé as an Assistant Manager in Employee Relations for the South Asia Region, contributing to the establishment of an Industrial Relations center of expertise. Educational credentials include a PGD in PM&IR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala.
