The Supply Chain and Operations Team at Mondelēz International is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire lifecycle of product manufacturing, from procurement of raw materials to production, logistics, and distribution. This team ensures efficient and sustainable supply chain practices to deliver high-quality snacks to global markets, supports the transformation and innovation within the supply chain, manages manufacturing facilities, and directs procurement and logistics operations. They also play a critical role in ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and risk management standards and work on continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiencies.
