Neal Bouwman

Neal Bouwman is a Senior Data Scientist at Mondi Group, part of the in-house digital excellence team since January 2020, and serves as a Technology, Data & Science Advisor at Technology for Talents since July 2018. With prior experience at Cognizant as a Data Scientist and BI and Analytics Consultant, Neal has worked on multiple projects across various industries and countries, mentoring new hires and managing interns. Earlier positions include roles as a Business Analyst focusing on Qlikview development, a Research Intern at the Center for Talent Innovation, and experience in data management and research across several organizations. Neal holds a Master’s Thesis in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Columbia University and a Master's degree in Behavioural and Cognitive Neuroscience, along with various undergraduate degrees from the University of Groningen and Ghent University.
