Manish Bansal

Manish Bansal has a diverse work experience in the solar energy industry. Manish started their career in 2007 as an Engineer-Operations at Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Ltd. where they implemented process improvement techniques and handled maintenance tasks. In 2011, they worked as an Engineer-Commissioning at KONE, where they coordinated with project managers/engineers and ensured the functionality of commissioned elevators. Manish then joined Applied Materials- US Fortune 500 Company as a Senior Sales Executive-Solar Cell & Wafering Equipments, where they identified customer needs, developed sales strategies, and assisted in customer demonstrations. In 2013, they worked as a Senior Engineer-O&M at Moserbaer Engineering and Constructions Ltd., conducting quality inspections and supporting emergency interventions at solar power plants. Manish also worked as a Senior Engineer at NMTronics India Pvt. Ltd., providing turnkey solutions for solar energy. Currently, Manish is the Executive Director at Mondragon Assembly, leading the production of technological equipment for solar module manufacturing and providing automated turnkey production lines and services worldwide.
