Mohana Krishna Chittoor

Mohana Krishna Chittoor has a strong background in data science and risk management. They started their career in 2018 at Kabbage, Inc as an intern, where they utilized statistical analysis to enhance fraud prevention efforts. As a Decision Analyst, they designed and monitored underwriting and collection models, ensuring the precision of decision-making processes. They then became a Decision Scientist (Risk), where they played a key role in developing a portfolio reporting system. This system provided comprehensive insights and actionable tools for strategic decision-making.

In 2020, Mohana Krishna joined MoneyView as a Senior Data Scientist, where they pioneered the development of specialized risk models tailored for different customer segments. They created a bank statement model for new-to-credit customers and engineered a groundbreaking 3rd dimension model utilizing non-traditional data sources. They were promoted to Lead Data Scientist, leading a high-performance team in the creation of diverse risk models and championing the exploration of rollback models to enhance collection team efficiency. Currently, Mohana Krishna holds the position of Chief Data Scientist at MoneyView.

Mohana Krishna Chittoor completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Karunya University. They then pursued a PG degree in Business Analytics from Praxis Business School in 2017-2018. Additionally, Mohana has obtained certifications in Deep Learning Nanodegree Foundations from Udacity and has taken courses in Machine Learning for Data Science and Analytics and Statistical Thinking for Data Science and Analytics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
