MongoDB is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global Deal Strategy team as Global Deal Strategy Systems Manager. We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate especially on continuous improvements, has strong organization skills and is able to manage competing and time-sensitive deadlines supporting a global team across different time-zones. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for partnering with the Deal Strategy, Systems and various teams on projects and initiatives. You will be leading from the Deal Strategy team’s perspective to drive successful completion of these initiatives. Collaboration with the various teams is vital, to ensure prioritization and completion of the projects and initiatives in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact between Deal Strategy team and /CRM Technologies team on all SFDC/CPQ related support requests/improvements
  • Identify Deal Strategy team pain points and implement solutions to scale the operations of the Deal Strategy Team (i.e., handle design, rollout, and training for new tools, systems, and processes)
  • Partner with BSA/PM (CRM Tech) on product vision, areas requiring automations and help coming up with roadmap for next 2 quarters
  • Gather requirements, test and support deployment of new business systems and capabilities
    • Supporting Deal Strategy team on CPQ automation/SFDC process updates and initiatives
    • Handling SFDC/CPQ related support issues via case submission to CRM Technologies team
    • Testing of updates in sandbox prior to deployment
    • Making basic CPQ adjustments like approval rule routing updates once approved to proceed by CRM team 
    • Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Manage implementation of new tools and integrations for the Deal Strategy team
  • Proactively evolve and improve workflows, processes, and automation to increase the effectiveness of Deal Strategy and Sales teams
  • Provide systems support and training for Deal Strategy team and other internal users
  • Optimization and maintenance of Deal Strategy team’s business continuity plan 
  • Case Management Tool optimization
    • Process review and automation
    • Custom reporting
    • Dashboards

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms
  • Understanding of systems and processes supporting Sales and Sales support organizations 
  • The ability to learn new technologies, find creative solutions, and connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, run and lead small to medium projects or parts of larger programs requiring program management involvement
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle tasks without losing sight of the priorities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new business inputs and priorities
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with remote and on-site team members
  • Well organized and a self-motivated team player
  • Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and fast-paced team

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$78,000$143,000 USD
