Daniel MacNee

Daniel Macnee has extensive work experience in the technology industry. From June 2019 to May 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB. In May 2020, they were promoted to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager and later became a Senior Delivery Manager in May 2021. Prior to joining MongoDB, Daniel worked at Serraview, where they held various roles. From March 2012 to January 2014, they served as a Client Support Officer, and from January 2014 to September 2015, they worked as a Client Support Specialist. In September 2015, they were promoted to Project Manager and Client Relationship Team Lead, a position they held until June 2019.

Daniel Macnee obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Monash University. Daniel attended from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2017.
