Jessi Harwell

Jessi Harwell began their work experience as a Community Assistant at Asset Campus Housing in September 2017. In June 2018, they moved on to Oracle, where they held multiple roles including Sales and Business Development Consultant, Enterprise Account Manager, and Business Development Regional Manager. Their responsibilities at Oracle included managing a team of business development representatives, coaching and training them on prospecting and objection handling, and leading weekly 1:1 meetings. Jessi also focused on recruiting top talent. In 2022, Jessi joined MongoDB as a Sales Development Manager.

Jessi Harwell received a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, in June 2021, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
