Kanika Khurana

Kanika Khurana has a solid work experience spanning over several years. Kanika currently holds the position of Technical Services Manager at MongoDB since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cvent for a long period, where they held various roles. Kanika started as an Application Engineer in June 2011 and gradually progressed to roles with increasing responsibilities. These roles included Senior Application Engineer, Application Support Team Lead, Principal Application Engineer, and finally, Senior Manager Application Support. During their time at Cvent, Kanika took on additional responsibilities related to global growth, headcount projections, mergers and acquisitions, and support for new product lines. Kanika was also involved in defining and reporting on key product health KPIs to ensure customer success. Before joining Cvent, Kanika worked as a System Engineer at Infosys from September 2009 to May 2011.

Kanika Khurana obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from Jaypee University of Information Technology. In August 2018, they also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
