Karolina Remy

Karolina Remy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karolina is currently employed at MongoDB since 2021, where they hold the position of Manager, Recruiting. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Enterprise Sales Recruiter at MongoDB from September 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining MongoDB, Karolina worked at Intralinks for a significant period of time. Karolina started at Intralinks in July 2015 as a Recruiter for the US & APAC regions, contributing to the company's financial technology solutions. Karolina later assumed the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA in January 2017 and subsequently became the Talent Acquisition Team Lead EMEA from November 2017 to November 2018. Most recently, they served as the Talent Acquisition & HR EMEA from November 2018 to August 2021, overseeing talent acquisition and HR functions for the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.

Prior to Intralinks, Karolina worked at UNITE as a Recruitment Consultant from September 2012 to April 2015. During this time, they also served as a Research Consultant for a brief period from April 2012 to September 2012.

Karolina briefly worked as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Deveo from December 2011 to March 2012, and as an Intern at the European Parliament from February 2011 to April 2011.

Karolina's earliest work experience was with Amnesty International, where they worked as a Translator on a part-time, voluntary basis from May 2010 to March 2011.

Karolina Remy's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at the University of Reading. Karolina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Italian and International Relations and completed their studies in 2009. In that same year, they furthered their education at the University of Westminster, where they obtained a Master's degree in Translation and Interpreting, concluding in 2011. Additionally, in 2007 and 2008, they attended Università degli studi Roma TRE as part of their Bachelor's degree program in Italian and International Relations. In 2011, Karolina attended ACTES Nice for a brief period to enhance their proficiency in Advanced French, although no degree was obtained during that time.
