Rett Lowell Monson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Rett is currently working at MongoDB as the Director of Global Strategic Marketing, Industries & ABM. In this role, they lead strategic accounts and industries marketing, including the deployment of ABM and industry solutions marketing. During the first year of deployment, they achieved significant success, increasing NARR by 212% and surpassing pipeline goals by 185%.

Prior to joining MongoDB, Rett worked at Google as the Global Account Based Marketing Lead for Google Cloud. Rett also served as the Regional Marketing & Campaigns Manager for Google Cloud in America's New York Metro region. In these roles, they led regional marketing strategies, developed relationships with target enterprise accounts, and executed executive customer marketing programs to generate demand and grow market share.

Before their time at Google, Rett was employed at Deloitte as an Industry Marketing Manager and ABM Lead, where they oversaw industry marketing initiatives. Rett also worked at Grant Thornton LLP as an Industry Marketing Specialist and Pursuit Marketing Specialist, where they executed brand awareness strategies and developed go-to-market materials for financial services accounts.

Rett's earlier experiences include working as an Internal Communications Consultant at Aon Hewitt and as an Actress & Playwright in various Chicago productions. Rett authored, co-produced, and performed in an original one-woman show, partnering with the Kidney Cancer Foundation to raise money and awareness for cancer research.

Throughout their career, Rett has demonstrated strong skills in marketing, strategy development, relationship management, and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple industries.

Rett Lowell Monson began their education at Northwestern University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Theatre. After completing their undergraduate studies, there is a gap in their education history until 2013 when they attended the University of Chicago for a certification in Persuasive Business Writing, which lasted for one year. In 2017, Monson furthered their education at the Cannes Lions School, where they completed the Marketing Academy program. Currently, Monson is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2024. No field of study has been specified for their MBA program.
