Nicola Howells Mrics

Nicola Howells MRICS is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience in local government. Currently serving as Asset Manager at Monmouthshire County Council since July 2020, Nicola previously held roles within the same council as Asset Surveyor from April 2015 to 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council spanning from April 1996 to April 2015 as Management Surveyor, and earlier as Property Valuer from April 1993 to 1996. Nicola holds a degree in Surveying and Estate Management from the University of Reading, completed between 1990 and 1996.
