Bill Barto

Bill Barto is a seasoned professional in maintenance and reliability engineering, currently serving as the Director of Maintenance and Reliability at Monogram Foods since May 2024, where responsibilities include developing asset maintenance strategies across a network of 10 manufacturing plants. Barto has been a Maintenance Reliability Consultant at Linchpin Services since January 2021 and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Reliability and Maintainability Center at the University of Tennessee until March 2025. Previous experience includes leading the Reliability Centered Maintenance Program at Holcim Building Envelope from March 2021 to May 2024 and directing facilities engineering at the University of Central Florida in 2020. Barto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Reliability and Maintainability Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
