Mark Zalac

Mark Zalac is an accomplished Director of Maintenance and Reliability at Sofina Foods Inc., leading the development and implementation of a National Maintenance and Reliability improvement strategy across 16 facilities in Canada since December 2022. Previously, Mark served as Technical Services Manager at Oregon Tool, overseeing equipment and facility maintenance with a team of 13 direct reports and over 160 employees. Mark began a progressive career at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, starting as a Production Technician and advancing to Maintenance Manager, with responsibilities that included relocating the facility to multiple locations.
