Andrea Pearson

Andrea Pearson serves as the Director of Maintenance and Reliability at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, overseeing teams for both existing site assets and the new Mammalian Cell Culture 'Borealis' Project since May 2021. Previous roles at FUJIFILM include Operations Engineering Manager and Technical Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved leading engineering and maintenance teams to support manufacturing operations. Andrea also holds significant experience from SABIC in various managerial and engineering roles, specifically in operations preparation and technical management for large-scale logistics operations. Additional contributions include volunteer coordination for the Teesside Cloth Nappy Library and serving as Mentor Coordinator and Chair for the Institution of Chemical Engineers' Teesside Members Group. Andrea's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
