Michael McDaniel SHRM-SCP, CPLP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Monogram Foods since May 2019. Previously, Michael held various HR positions, including Director of Human Resources & Safety at Van Beek Natural Science and Human Resources Manager at Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Enterprise and Essential Management Skills from Bellevue University, Michael has also contributed as Head Baseball Coach at Marcus Meriden Cleghorn High School and held multiple HR roles at Wells Enterprises. Educational background includes an AAS in Technical Studies from Western Iowa Tech Community College and attendance at Louisiana State University for Criminal Justice studies.
