Pallavi P.

Pallavi P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pallavi began their career as a Student Honors Project at Air Service Training in 2013, where they worked until 2014. Pallavi then worked as a Graduate Assistant Student Life and Leadership at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2015 to 2016. Pallavi joined Brookshire Grocery Company in 2016 as a Logistics Quality Engineer, where they worked for a few months. Pallavi then moved to Flex in 2017 and held roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later as a Design Quality & Supplier Quality Engineer until 2020. Pallavi joined InnovHeart S.r.l. in 2020, where they worked as a Sr. Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Lead until 2021. Pallavi'smost recent position is at Monogram Orthopaedics, where they have served as a Sr. Quality Engineer and, more recently, as a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager starting in 2022.

Pallavi P. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from UHI in the years 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued Aircraft Engineering at Andhra University from 2010 to 2011.

Continuing their education, Pallavi earned a Master's degree in Industrial Management, Business and Technology from the University of Texas at Tyler between 2015 and 2016. During this time, they also obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management.
