Emily Olinger

Emily Olinger serves as Monolith’s Chief People Officer, responsible for guiding the company’s strategy to attract and retain top talent. Among her responsibilities is the oversight of all aspects of human resource management including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, compliance, succession planning, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining Monolith, Olinger achieved success in people and client management roles with companies including ecommerce platform Spreetail, data analytics companies mySidewalk and NRC Health. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
