Gerald Frith

Gerald Frith is currently the Director of Environmental Services at Monroe Community Hospital since November 2021. Prior to this role, Gerald served as an Area Manager at Janitronics Facility Services from March 2008 to March 2022, as an Assistant Manager at University of Rochester from August 2013 to November 2021, and as a Supervisor at Unity Health System from September 2002 to August 2013. Gerald has extensive experience in managing and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing and implementing operating budgets, and encouraging staff education and creativity.
