Jeleica Joyce Uy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeleica Joyce started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, where they managed manpower planning and recruitment for multiple branches. Jeleica Joyce then joined The Body Shop Philippines, where they held positions as Merchandising Supervisor and Corporate Sales, as well as Assistant Manager for Business Development & Special Projects and Executive Assistant. At The Body Shop, they were responsible for category sales, margin quotas, and coordinating with trade commissioners and travel agencies. Currently, they are working at Monroe Consulting Group, where they have held multiple positions including Executive Recruitment Consultant for Consumer Goods, Interim Director of Operations, Division Head for Health, and most recently, Director of Operations. In their role at Monroe, they have built the Health Division from scratch, managing a team and overseeing the full cycle of recruitment. Jeleica Joyce also acts as a business partner to clients, conducts training and coaching sessions, and provides performance management guidance. Jeleica Joyce Uy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Miriam College, starting in 2005 and graduating in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from St. Bridget School, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Jeleica also attended the British School of Costa Rica for Grade School from 2000 to 2001. Jeleica Joyce'searliest education was at Immaculate Conception Academy in Greenhills, San Juan City, from 1993 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they earned a certification in Foundations of Management for First-Line Leaders Online Program from the Asian Institute of Management in August 2022.
