Arpita Sircar

Arpita Sircar has over 18 years of professional experience in the areas of business development, product management, and consulting. In 2003, they began their career as a Manager of Business Development at Varsh Systems and Solutions. Arpita then moved to Integral Computers as a Business Manager in 2005. In 2006, they joined Progression Infonet Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive Business Development and provided support for Indian Defense organizations. In 2007, they became an Independent Consultant. In 2015, they were a Consultant for Change Enablement ERP, and M&E at World Relief. In 2017, they were a Consultant Business Architecture at Mixolo, Inc. and an Udemy Instructor (Enterprise Modeling using ArchiMate 3.0). Arpita then joined 14 West in 2018 as a Product Manager and Solutions Architect. In 2021, they became the Director of Digital Products at Monster Lead Group, the national leader in data and technology focused on outsourced mortgage marketing.

Arpita Sircar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B. Tech in Electronics from Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology between 1999 and 2003.
