Eric Wong

Eric (Shou Jie) Wong has a diverse work experience in finance operations and analysis. Eric started their career as a Business Analyst at Randstad Canada in 2016. In 2017, they joined Perspectec as an Equity Research Associate. Later in the same year, they worked as a Pricing Contractor at Monster, where they led the quantitative analysis of their commercial policy and created a first-of-its-kind deal calculator. In 2019, they became the Senior Manager of Finance Operations, Pricing, & Policy at Monster, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, Pricing & Analytics.

Eric (Shou Jie) Wong has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Double Major in Actuarial Science with Finance and Statistics from 2012 to 2015. Eric also completed a Business Analytics course titled "Business Analytics: From Data to Insights" from The Wharton School in 2019 and a Business Administration and Management program called "HBX CORe: Credential of Readiness" from Harvard Business School in 2015.
