Holger Schaeffler

Holger Schaeffler, CA (SA), has a diverse work experience. Holger worked at Monster from 2012 onwards, starting as a Senior Regional Manager for DACH, UK & IE. Holger then became a Director and later a Senior Director, overseeing financial operations and accounting. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance and Head of the Global Center of Excellence at Monster. Prior to their time at Monster, they had a brief role as the Regional Finance Manager for DACH at Monster Worldwide CZ. Before that, they worked at PwC from 2006 to 2012, where they held various roles including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Consultant. At PwC, they were responsible for audit and IT audit engagements, leading teams and managing the SPA division.

Holger Schaeffler, CA (SA) completed their education from the University of the Free State, where they obtained a B.Acc Hons degree in Economics and a B.Acc (Hons) degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Holger also holds the certification of Chartered Accountant (South Africa) from SAICA CA(SA).
