Nick Hurley

Nick Hurley has extensive experience in finance, strategic initiatives, M&A, and corporate development. Nick currently holds the position of VP of Finance and Strategic Initiatives at Monster. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of M&A + Strategic Partnerships at Green Harbor Enterprises, where they advised management teams on M&A, corporate strategy, finance, and operations. Before that, they served as the Head of M&A and Strategic Investments at Refinitiv, leading strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and divestitures. Nick also had roles in corporate development at Thomson Reuters, where they completed multiple acquisitions and divestitures and led strategic investments in early-stage technology companies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a consultant at Fore River Ventures, Interim Head of Finance and Strategy at Syft Corp, and an MBA Venture Capital Associate at DFJ Gotham Ventures. Nick began their career as an associate at Allied Capital and later worked as an analyst in investment banking at Citi. Nick also gained experience in growth strategy consulting and business due diligence at KPMG.

Nick Hurley has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and attended Thayer Academy for both high school and middle school. Nick also completed The Tuck Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Additionally, they hold an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Hurley has obtained the InSITE Fellow certification from InSITE and a Certificate of Completion from the Tuck Business Bridge Program.
