Lee Pallotta has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Sales Accountant for Johnson & Johnson before moving on to Lycos in 1999 as a Manager in Revenue Management. In 2003, Pallotta joined Colgate Palmolive as a Sales Operations Lead. In 2006, they participated in Monster's Executive Development & Leadership Program until 2009. Pallotta then returned to Monster in 2010 as a Director in Strategic Planning & Policy before advancing to Vice President roles, first in Advertising Operations from 2012 to 2021 and then in Customer Media & Channel Operations starting in 2022. Additionally, Pallotta served as a Member of the Board of Advisors for iMediaSalesTeam > iMediaAudiences > ReptideMedia from 2020 onwards.
Lee Pallotta obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA degree specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Boston College between 2003 and 2006.
