Tom Arcand

Tom Arcand has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1983 and worked as an IT Director for Software Engineering until 1996. Tom then moved to OSRAM Sylvania where they served as an Information Technology Manager until 1999. Tom then became the CIO of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority in 1999 before joining Monster.com as the VP of Technology Services in 2000. Later, they worked as an Executive Director of IT Operations at PlumChoice Online PC Services and PlumChoice. Tom also had a consulting role at MassDOT from 2010 to 2012. Overall, Tom has gained significant experience in IT management and leadership positions throughout their career.

Tom Arcand has attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they have not yet completed a degree or specified a field of study. Tom has also completed the Management Development Program at Boston University. In addition, they have attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, but has not yet earned a degree or specified a field of study there either.
