Jenna Duran

Jenna Duran has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of public relations and marketing. Jenna currently holds the position of Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Montage Hotels & Resorts since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. for several years, where they served as a Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing and communication efforts. Jenna also held the role of Marketing Communications Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, and performed as a Marketing Communications Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara on a task force assignment.

Before joining The Ritz-Carlton, Duran had worked as an Account Supervisor at Wagstaff Media & Marketing, where they led high-profile accounts, mentored a team, and secured new business for the company. Jenna also served as an Account Executive at the same company.

Duran began their career as a Public Relations Manager and later as a Public Relations Coordinator at The Beverly Hills Hotel, Dorchester Collection. Jenna also had a brief teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California.

Duran's early career included serving as the Co-President of the Public Relations Student Society of America and working as a Public Relations Intern at Tina Thomson Communications and Tracy Paul & Company.

Jenna Duran attended the University of Southern California from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication. In 2009, they also participated in the Annenberg School for Communication London Program, furthering their studies in Communication.
