Sarah Gonzales is an experienced food and beverage professional with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Food & Beverage Manager at Montebello Villa Hotel since April 2015, Sarah oversees overall operations and plays a key role in establishing and implementing sales targets and strategic plans for departmental success. Prior to this, Sarah was the Bar Manager for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines from 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and events across all onboard bars. Additionally, Sarah held the position of Manager of Fine Dining at Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa from December 2004 to June 2008, focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining brand standards. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Club H2O in Waterfront Cebu City Hotel from 1999 to 2003. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Philippine Women's University.
