Kelsey Larson is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary settings. Since August 2019, Kelsey has served as a pastry chef at Monterey Peninsula Country Club. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked at Bernardus Lodge & Spa from February 2013 to August 2019, also as a pastry chef. Kelsey gained additional expertise as a chocolatier at Parker Lusseau Pastries from March 2013 to March 2015, focusing on seasonal chocolate work. Earlier experience includes a position as a line cook at the Ritz Carlton in late 2011. Kelsey holds pastry and culinary certificates from the International Culinary Center/French Culinary Institute, earned between 2011 and 2012.
