Andrew Bloomer

Andrew Bloomer has over 25 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Andrew is currently the Head of Fund Consolidation at Monument Re Group, a position they started in December 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Director at HPIT Ltd since September 1995.

Some of their notable roles include being an Actuarial & Assets Project Manager at Equitable Life Assurance Society from November 2017 to December 2019, where they led a team in the design and delivery of a complex re-attribution of capital. Andrew was also a Reinsurance Programme Manager at Legal & General in 2017, implementing project management methodologies for reinsurance processes.

In addition, Andrew has experience as an Asset Valuation Project Manager and a Regulatory Project Manager at Prudential UK, as well as a Portfolio Project Manager at Legal & General, among other roles. Andrew'sexpertise spans a wide range of areas including project and programme management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Andrew Bloomer attended King Edwards VI College from 1982 to 1984. Andrew then pursued further education at the Royal Military College of Science from 1989 to 1991, where they focused on Organisation and Method Studies and Project Management.
