Emma Kelly

Emma Kelly has over 13 years of experience in various financial roles. Emma started their career in 2008 as a Financial Control Assistant at Aegon Life, where they were responsible for daily reconciliation, accrual calculations, and liaising with the actuarial department. In 2011, they joined Hannover Re as a Financial Accountant before moving to Barclays Insurance Dublin (now Monument Insurance) in 2014 as a Financial Accountant. Emma then transitioned to Monument Re Group in 2014, where they held multiple roles including Financial Accountant, Regulatory Reporting & Group Reinsurance Manager, Deputy Financial Controller, and their current position as Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Integrations.

Emma Kelly pursued their education chronologically, beginning with their enrollment at Technological University Dublin from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management with a major in accounting. Emma graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree. Subsequently, in the years 2010 to 2013, they attended ACCA, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
