Thomas Tinel has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Thomas is currently working at Monzo Bank as the Lead Technical Recruiter, responsible for hiring software engineers in the UK. Prior to this, they worked at OVO as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on technology roles. Thomas also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Telstra Purple and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Titan Recruitment. Thomas Tinel's education history begins with their high school education at Lycée de l'Empéri, where they completed their BAC Scientifique from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at Cégep de Sherbrooke from 2009 to 2010, although they did not obtain a degree in this field.
