Thomas Tinel

Thomas Tinel has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Thomas is currently working at Monzo Bank as the Lead Technical Recruiter, responsible for hiring software engineers in the UK. Prior to this, they worked at OVO as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on technology roles. Thomas also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Telstra Purple and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Titan Recruitment. Thomas started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at REED and also worked as a Sales Consultant at Renault Australia.

Thomas Tinel's education history begins with their high school education at Lycée de l'Empéri, where they completed their BAC Scientifique from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at Cégep de Sherbrooke from 2009 to 2010, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Later, Thomas attended Curtin University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas holds certifications in different areas. Thomas obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) certification from Scrum.org in May 2018. More recently, in March 2021, they completed the Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn.
