Dale Hill

Dale Hill has a long history of work experience, starting with SunAmerica in 1989 as an Analyst. In 1995, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Operations Program Manager, Business Development Manager, and Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst/Financial Consultant. In 2004, they moved to Tectura as Manager, Corporate FP&A, where they were responsible for corporate FP&A for a private company with offices in 13 countries. Dale then joined Kaiser Permanente as a Finance Manager in 2006. In 2007, Hill joined Scientific Learning as Director of Finance, where they led the FP&A function and managed the multi-year planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes. In 2011, they became the Sr. Director of Finance at MarkLogic and a Pro-Bono Consultant at Taproot Foundation. In 2017, Hill became the VP Finance at Akiri, where they owned Finance, Facilities, HR and Legal for a healthtech start-up. In 2020, they joined InterVenn Biosciences as Vice President Finance, where they were responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Hill is currently the VP Finance at Moogsoft, which they joined in 2022.

Dale Hill holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
