Alba Brasó

Alba Brasó currently serves as the VP of People and Culture at Moonfare since October 2024, and has been a Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma since July 2022, recognizing academic excellence in business studies. Previously, Alba held the position of People Director and Member of the Leadership Team at TourRadar until September 2024, and accumulated significant experience at RHI Magnesita from July 2014 to April 2022, progressing from Global Trainee to Sr Global HR Business Partner. Key responsibilities included strategic HR for multiple business units, leading people operations centralization, and establishing an HR office in Dubai. Alba's earlier roles include Research Consultant at Odgers Berndtson and HR Intern at INNOTALENTUM. Academic qualifications consist of a Global MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona.
