Josh Meeks

Josh Meeks is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Benefits and previously as Senior Employee Benefits Manager at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since June 2002, Josh has played a key role in developing the firm's benefits strategy and implementing consumer-directed medical plans. Josh's leadership experience includes serving as Athletic Booster Club President at Cannon School, overseeing a team of 14 board members while collaborating with school administration and athletic leadership. Prior positions at Royal & SunAlliance as Benefits Analyst and Solectron as HR Coordinator/Benefits Representative highlight Josh's expertise in streamlining medical plans, negotiating contracts, and managing human resource functions across global locations.
